Say hello to your perfect vacation home! Bright and airy Woodstock home with all the amenities you will need. Located only 2 minutes from the Village of Woodstock. Five-bedroom house w/3 full bathrooms located on private roadway perfect for walking & running around neighborhood. The house features heated salt-water in ground pool, Hot-Tub, 2000sf outdoor deck with BBQ grill, fire pit, and large tranquil garden with privacy, Wood pellets burning fireplace.

The space
Welcome to Woodstock! This spacious 5 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features wide open spaces, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an in ground pool, and game room with a ping pong table, a toasty wood stove for chilly nights, and all the benefits of being a two to three minute drive from downtown Woodstock.
Situated on about an acre of green grass and mountainous woods in the heart of the Catskills, this space is a perfect balance between the peaceful sounds and sights of nature and the higher end comforts of being near the city. The house sleeps 10, and the master bedroom features a luxury king size bed and master bathroom for convenience. The other guests bedrooms are queen sized, easily sleeping 2 per room, while the 5th bedroom has kid-friendly 1 bunk beds and décor. Yes, we have toys for all ages, too!
The house also features a spacious TV room with a large leather sofa that easily fits eight people at a time, The TV 65” comes equipped with high speed wifi internet in the house so you can stay up to date on everything back home, plus upload lots of images of yourself having the time of your life in our home. The kitchen was recently renovated with exquisite, rare granite countertops and has new appliances, so you’ll feel right at home if you’re the type who loves to cook and eat. We have pots, pans, plate, utensils, and just about everything else you’d need to make a meal – just bring the food!
The house is also great for the nature-lover in your group, offering access to a small patch of rocky mountains behind the house, a large yard, the ideal neighborhood for paved bike riding, and a short drive from some of the best hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding in the country. We’re on a dead end street, too, so you know your children will have fun riding their bikes, playing, and generally being safe.
At the end of a long, outdoorsy or art-seeking day, you’ll be pleased to find our new gas grill on the patio. Nothing is more delish than a grilled meal after a long, adventurous vacation day! The patio and pool areas can easily seat 10+people or more. The furniture are comfortable, so please treat it like you would your own.
House has the essentials. Clean towels and linen provided along with shampoo and body wash. Cleaning fee can be adjusted based on the # of bedrooms/bathrooms being used.

Summary: The house was just as described and perfect for our family week. The pool is massive and we used it nearly every day, as it was a very hot week. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute drive into Woodstock.

Summary: Great backyard, pool, etc. Spacious, comfortable home. Needs updating. Unfortunately owner video records open areas in home. Illegal and invasion of privacy. He also wants a signed agreement with him, not VRBO after payment was put down with outrageous stipulations like $1000 fine if pool cover is left off. Again, illegal.

Summary: Joseph’s home was a nice little getaway for our large family ranging from 2 years old to grandparents. The house was very spacious and it was so nice having towels and linens provided. The backyard was a little paradise with a gorgeous pool that everyone enjoyed and enough seating for us all to relax and enjoy dinner and time together. Joseph was very responsive and takes pride in his home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well throughout our stay. We would definitely book again the next time we want to travel in the area!

Summary: We had a ladies weekend in Woodstock and were happy with the accommodations. Joseph was very helpful. He sent links for things to do in the area, and even pre-heated the hot tub for us! The house is a short drive to downtown Woodstock and the beautiful Ashokan rail trail where you can bike/walk/run. It definitely is not walkable to town - there are no sidewalks and a very narrow shoulder. We easily fit our group of six at the table and in the comfortable seating in the living room. The firepit is on the side of the house in view of the street so we ended up not using it. Overall a nice place to stay! The only negatives other than not being able to walk to town (something of course not the owner's fault) are that the house has lots of the owners' items in closets and drawers, and there are several cameras, including inside (which we covered). I'd recommend the home for families given the big yard with pool and trampoline, toys, ping pong, and two living areas.

Summary: My extended family rented this house for a week and we had a wonderful time. It was spacious enough for our group of 13. The pool, hot tub and yard are just phenomenal. Generally everything was great but there are a couple things to be aware of before you arrive. There is no central air - only window A/C units which can be quite loud if you are a sensitive sleeper. The house has a lot of stuff in it since the owner lives in the house for part of the year, however, it was difficult to find some basic things like wine glasses, tupperware with the right tops for leftovers, bowls. The open layout and huge dining room table are really great and the two fridges (one in the garage) but be aware that the cooking area is a little tight the way it is laid out. Nothing the owner can do about that, just be aware if you plan to cook some group meals. Overall, no regrets - the vacation was memorable, the house fit our group perfectly and we'll never forget watching the Olympics together on the massive couch in the living room each evening. Joseph was so accommodating and helpful - from his videos with instructions to answering texts at all hours to help us find something. Would definitely rent again!

Summary: We had a great stay here in this lovely place. We had so much fun!!! It feels like home staying here. So many things to do. Great toys for babies and kids. The place was clean and really beautiful. Joseph is a fantastic host. He’s very accommodating, easy to communicate with and veey friendly. The best part of the house are the pool and the hot tub. And of course the fire pit is really nice for smores! Would love to be back in this place soon!!!

Summary: Warning: The house has multiple indoor and outdoor surveillance. VRBO policy states no indoor surveillance is allowed, and the owner argued with me until I mentioned the policy. I ended up covering every indoor and backyard camera, but I was still uneasy the entire stay. There was clutter everywhere; no space to unpack my clothes, put away pantry items and there was minimal counter space (due to multiple small appliances). Children’s toys were jammed into the corners of the TV room as well. The host was helpful at first, but then he started asking me to do things for him that I thought were beyond my stay as a guest; add water to the pool, bring in all the outdoor cushions and interact with the emergency septic maintenance crew. The handyman came by multiple times, which I thought was too much. The one positive was the pool and outdoor space.

Summary: Perfect house for our family vacation to Woodstock. House had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. There were so many toys for the kids-they had a blast! The pool was beautiful! Lots of fun on the fully netted trampoline. And we loved the fire pit. A very quick ride to town. This was the best year yet! Joseph was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to make us comfortable. A great vacation!
